Electric pole insulation.
The plug insulator is fixed on the bracket with special hooks or pins. They are typically used for transmission lines with voltages not exceeding 35 kV. Use these devices to suspend relatively light wires. In this case, the choice of cable fixation type depends on the track conditions.
The wire connecting the middle pole is fixed on the head of the pin insulator, and the wire connecting the anchor and the corner pole is fixed on the neck of the insulator. If the wire is installed on a corner bracket, place the wire outside the insulator.
This type of insulator is fixed to a bracket using a needle or hook. Install dowels on beams made of wood, reinforced concrete, or metal, and tighten the hooks into the wooden brackets. Insulators with pins or hooks are fixed with transition polyethylene caps. First, heat the lid, then tightly push it onto the pin, and then tighten the insulator.
Fictional insulator
Lines with a voltage exceeding 35 kV will be equipped with suspension insulators installed in flower garlands. They consist of glass and porcelain plates (insulation), rods, and hats made of ductile iron. When equipped with flower garlands, the hinge ball fasteners of the insulator provide a design for the rod head and cap socket. The collected flower garlands are hung on utility poles to achieve the required insulation of the wires.

Suspension insulators are composed of glass or porcelain insulator plates, heads, or caps, made of ductile iron, and steel rods in the shape of pistils, with a complex structure. In order to secure the stick and hat in the plate, high-quality cement was used. The spherical shape of the insulator rod head and cap enables them to install reliable flower garlands, with the insulators tightly connected within the garlands.
The flower wreath includes different quantities of insulators, which depend on the type of equipment itself, the voltage generated in the power line, and the degree of environmental pollution. If the electrical performance of a flower wreath is insufficient, the wires will be connected by two flower wreaths, which will be hung in parallel.
